I turned to mentoring and coaching after many years as a software engineer. I am still working in software as I develop into the mentor and life coach I want to be. I have been studying self-development and coaching since 2012 including classes, seminars, and one on one training with leading coaches in the industry and seen a great deal of success, going from a shy introvert into an engineering manager leading a team of over twelve engineers.
As I develop my coaching business and skills, I need to maintain income for my family and to accomplish this, I am continuing to work a regular job while my business grows. If I am not mentoring or coaching, I am open to part-time or side work brokered through Upwork in the Mountain Time Zone. For software related work consider checking out my ePortfolio.
